Meadow Estate Treasures evolved out of the home organizing business, Less Clutter-Less Stress, founded by Sherri Siperly. Our services include transition estate sales, living estate sales, and consignment-only sales. We tailor our services depending on your needs to help you get the most value for your estate/items, all the way from consignment-only sales through to on-location estate sales and even a comprehensive option working with Less Clutter, Less Stress (to organize your home or office after the sale).
Sherri’s Story: When I moved to Meadow Vista with my young son in 2007, we both immediately fell in love with this area. After having worked in the furniture industry in many different roles as designer, importer, merchandiser, marketer, space planner, organizer and stager for home sales, I took some time off to be a full-time mom to my son.
Then a friend asked for some help organizing her home office, pantry, storage unit, and garage. That experience was so enjoyable that it sparked my business of Less Clutter, Less Stress, an organizing, de-cluttering, and estate sale turnkey service. The business boomed and naturally expanded to helping my clients turn their clutter into cash. We continued to grow like crazy until it became obvious that a second business was needed and Meadow Estate Treasures was born.
I love the furniture and home accessories industry and the work of these businesses comes so naturally to me that I feel I have prepared for this my whole life. I especially love helping people with all aspects of managing their stuff and bringing a sense of ease to their lives!

Shelli brings a sense of style to everything she does with amazing vision and out of the box ideas which evoke an emotional response. Her sense of balance and presentation elevates the value of all treasures she places.
Debi McCullough - Customer service and a can-do personality. Debi brings a grounded focus on solutions from her experience in the corporate world. She came on board with MET to help with estate sales and is a core team member that makes it all work.
Ann James - Where to start... A career in management with Peets coffee has given her an incredible depth for customer service which she brings to managing the store, merchandising and pricing. She is also invaluable in research of specialty items for our estate sales and could not do it without her.
